Program Information

Stretch-n-Grow of Hanover, VA, Inc. is currently teaching classes in various locations including the city of Richmond and the counties of Henrico, Hanover, and Chesterfield. Stretch-n-Grow of Hanover offers classes for preschool children ages 2 – 5 as well as an awesome after school program for ages 5-11. We teach the basics of exercise in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere and promote healthy lifestyle habits through our weekly lessons on proper exercise technique, nutrition, safety, positive attitudes and much more. Stretch-n-Grow of Hanover also offers summer programs for school-age children including cheerleading, sports and summer "olympics."

Company Information
Krystal Johnston is the owner and director of Stretch-n-Grow in your area.  She is a certified Youth Fitness instructor and has a lifelong passion to help children realize their potential.  Krystal is dedicated to motivating children regarding fitness while providing a fun adventure during their day. All instructors are continually educated in exercise for young children and are CPR and First Aid certified.

Exerciting Birthday Parties
We offer fabulously fun birthday parties that are age appropriate for children 3-10 years old.   Each party consists of imaginative fun-filled fitness, original games, stories and songs!  We supply the party favors, face painting, music, and equipment.  ***Specific themes are available***  Party lasts 45-60 minutes.  Stretch-n-Grow Birthday Parties are held at your home, a public park, a rented hall, or your place of worship.  Don’t delay, call today and let Stretch-n-Grow do the rest…We promise to do our best!
